Flagship package

The Ridge Month

A month embedded with your team.

$7,500–14,000

Troy spends a month working alongside your team: listening, training, building, and measuring. You finish with working AI workflows on your own accounts, a trained team, and a written plan for the hours you get back.

4 weeks. On-site every week, and on call the rest of the month.

  1. Week 1: Listen

Kickoff with the owner, 30-minute conversations with everyone on the team, time on the floor watching the work, and an inventory of your tools, accounts, and data. Your team keeps a simple time log so there's a baseline. The week ends with your staff helping choose the workflows to try.

  2. Week 2: Train and build

A hands-on workshop for the whole team, built on your real tasks. The first workflow is set up on your accounts, with a person approving anything consequential.

  3. Week 3: Test

Your staff use the new workflows in real work while Troy is on-site for questions and fixes. The next workflow is built and tested. Midpoint check-in with the owner.

  4. Week 4: Measure and hand off

Time on the targeted tasks is measured against the baseline, the reinvestment plan is written with you and your team, and you get the documentation and a 90-day roadmap.

What you walk away with

  • Two or three working workflows on your accounts, tested by your staff
  • A hands-on workshop for your whole team, plus one-on-one help all month
  • A before-and-after measure of time spent on the targeted tasks
  • Your written reinvestment plan for the recovered time
  • A tool, account, and data inventory and a one-page safe-use guide
  • Plain-language documentation and a 90-day roadmap
  • 30 days of follow-up support after the month ends

  • Software subscriptions are billed to you directly, on your own accounts.
  • Travel within 60 miles of Asheville is included. Farther away, on-site days can happen by video, or travel is billed at cost.

What we need from you

Payback

What would the time be worth?

Put in your own numbers. Start small: one or two hours a week per person is a realistic first goal once a workflow sticks. The time stays with your team, and your reinvestment plan decides where it goes.

Common questions

Will this replace anyone on my team?
Not through us. Eliminating jobs is never a success measure in our work, and that's in writing. The goal is to take tedious work off people's plates and put that time somewhere better.
Do we need to buy new software?
Often not. We start with the tools you already pay for. When something new is worth it, we show you the cost and the tradeoffs first, and it's set up on your account.
What about customer or sensitive data?
We map what data each tool touches before anything is set up, keep sensitive information out of tools that aren't built for it, and make sure a person approves anything consequential.
Do you work on-site?
Yes. We work on-site across Western North Carolina and remotely anywhere. Most engagements mix both.
