When we set up AI in your business, your data stays yours. Here is what we promise, in plain language.
Your accounts, your data
We work inside your own accounts and tools, so your data stays with you. Troy's access is removed when the work ends, and you can see or remove it any time.
Business AI accounts only
Your data only goes into business-grade AI accounts whose terms say it isn't used to train their models. Never into free consumer apps.
An NDA if you want one
Troy will sign a nondisclosure agreement before any work begins. Just ask.
We work with your IT provider
If you have an IT person or company, Troy coordinates with them before changing anything and follows their security settings.
What never goes into an AI tool
Unless the tool has been approved for that kind of information:
- Social Security numbers and other government ID numbers
- Bank account and card numbers
- Passwords and security codes
- Health records
- Anything a customer asked you to keep confidential
A simple rule for your team
Don't paste customer information into a free AI app. Use a business AI account your company controls, and leave out anything on the never list.
From our pledge
- Humans approve anything consequential. AI can draft, sort, and suggest. A person signs off on anything that affects a customer, a paycheck, a promise, or the law.
- You keep your data, accounts, and systems. Everything is set up in your name, on your accounts, with documentation. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.
