We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

The assistant is an AI, not a person, and it can make mistakes.
Your messages are processed by Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude model, to generate replies. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, these conversations aren't used to train its models.
Please don't share health information, passwords, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal details.

When you type a task into the box on the homepage, it's sent to Anthropic's Claude to estimate how long the task takes a person and what AI can do with it. The same commercial terms apply: it isn't used to train Anthropic's models.
We don't store what you type there. It's kept in our server's memory for up to a day so the same task isn't estimated twice.
To keep the estimate free for everyone, we count how many you run each day. The count is tied to a cookie in your browser and to your IP address, stored only in a scrambled form that changes every day, and deleted after that day.
The box uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is using it. When you use the box, Turnstile runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare technical details such as your IP address and browser information.

Readiness answers, conversations, and contact details are stored with our database provider, Supabase.
We keep them for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
A scheduled cleanup removes website inquiry, conversation, and readiness records older than 24 months. Email notification records follow the same limit. Temporary contact rate-limit counters use daily keyed hashes of email and network information and are removed after two days.
Resend sends inquiry alerts, receipt emails, and aggregate daily summaries. Inquiry details also reach our business email inbox. Email providers and database backups have their own retention settings; contact us to request removal of correspondence as well as website records.

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. We also use Google Analytics to understand visits, useful features, and requests for follow-up.
Google Analytics runs in advanced consent mode. Before you choose, and if you decline, it sends limited signals without reading or writing analytics cookies. These signals can include the page visited, browser information, and your consent status. This is not a promise of zero data collection.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics can use them to understand visits across pages and sessions. Advertising storage, advertising data use, and personalized advertising remain disabled. We do not send contact details, readiness free text, or chat messages as analytics events.
Choose Accept or Decline in the analytics notice, or reopen Analytics preferences in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. Declining or withdrawing consent leaves the readiness check and contact options available. Withdrawing consent removes this site's Google Analytics cookies but does not erase data already sent.
