Our pledge

Some AI projects are sold on cutting jobs. Ours never are, and we put it in writing.

Small businesses run on people who know the work. AI should give them time back, not make them nervous about their jobs. These five commitments are on our homepage and written into every agreement we sign.

  1. Your staff help choose and test the workflow.

The people who do the work pick the problems worth solving, and they test every change before it becomes the way things are done.

In practice: Before we recommend anything, we talk with the people who do the work. They help pick the pilot, and they test it before it's rolled out.

  2. Eliminating jobs is never a success measure.

We measure hours recovered, errors avoided, and stress reduced. Positions cut is not a number we track or report.

In practice: Our reports count hours recovered, errors caught, and stress reduced. If a proposal only works by cutting positions, we won't make it.

  3. Humans approve anything consequential.

AI can draft, sort, and suggest. A person signs off on anything that affects a customer, a paycheck, a promise, or the law.

In practice: Every workflow we build names a person who approves what goes out: customer messages, prices, schedules, payroll, and anything with legal weight.

  4. Recovered time gets a written reinvestment plan.

Before we finish, you have a plan in writing for where the hours go: better service, growth, training, or simply less overtime.

In practice: Each engagement ends with a short written plan for the recovered time, agreed with you and shared with your team.

  5. You keep your data, accounts, and systems.

Everything is set up in your name, on your accounts, with documentation. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.

In practice: Accounts are opened in your business's name, passwords stay with you, and you get documentation for everything we set up.
